The recent pandemic has posed huge challenges and stresses for most organisations, but for some has also been a period of incredible transformation – none more so than Stonepillow. As we emerge out the other side, we are very different organisation to the one that first went into lockdown over two years ago. We wanted to find a way to share this story with those who have supported us, worked with us and funded us.
The attached report is the result. Alongside reflections from senior leaders and frontline workers, it demonstrates the speed with which we have adapted and grown, how all services are now better meeting the differing needs of our clients, and how the forging of new partnerships across the county has been instrumental in making all this happen.
