Harvest Festival 2021

Each year we benefit greatly from your kind donations. So, as we approach the festival, we would like to share with you items of food that are of most use and value to our services and clients, so that we can honour those who gather the modern-day equivalent of crops for the homeless and vulnerable in our area.

We have created this list of food items in priority order of our needs, to help guide you with your Harvest Festival donation.

High need

Instant coffee, sugar, cooking oil, gravy granules, spices, tinned meat (no spam please), tinned vegetables, pre-made custard.

Medium need

Pot noodles, super noodles, pasta lunch pots, Cereals (no cornflakes or porridge please), breakfast/brunch bars, biscuits, chocolates & treats, crisps.

Low need

Tinned soup, tinned beans, pasta, rice.

What is Harvest Festival?

Harvest Festival is a traditional event celebrating the successful gathering of the year's crops, with local communities coming together donating homegrown produce for those in need. It’s a time for festivity, giving thanks and honouring those who grow and gather the crops.
