Harvest Festival 2022

Each year we benefit greatly from your kind donations. So, as we approach the festival, we would like to share with you items of food that are of most use and value to our services and clients, so that we can honour those who gather the modern-day equivalent of crops for the homeless and vulnerable in our area.
Throughout all of our services, we provide over 23,360 meals a year for our clients. This figure includes meals for people who are currently living in our hostels, visiting our day hubs, as well as emergency food parcels for the most vulnerable in our community. We also provide meals for clients in supported accommodation, or for those who have just moved in to their own homes. Providing food for people is a huge part of what we do at Stonepillow, as we are currently providing over 160 meals a day for our clients. These figures reflect the need for your food donations so we can keep providing for those in our community who need it most.
We have created this list of food items in priority order of our needs, to help guide you with your Harvest Festival donation.
Due to the impact of the cost of living we have seen our food donations drop dramatically, as it is becoming more and more of a struggle to afford the everyday costs. Due to this, currently all our food stocks are very limited meaning we would be greatly appreciative of any food donations you may have.
