Do you have good quality furniture or household appliances which you no longer need?
Donations will only be accepted Monday – Thursday between 10am – 12noon at Chichester Restore.
The car park will be closed outside of these times, with on road parking available in the designated bays, for up to 2 hours free of charge for customers using the Restore shop.
Collections and Deliveries
Adhering to social distancing guidelines, staff will stay at least 2 metres away from the donor during deliveries and collections. We will advise you of the time and agree a safe outdoor location for the pickup or collection.
Please note that there is no charge for collections, and only a small charge for local deliveries.

Fridges and Freezers must be plugged in and switched on at time of collection
Sofas, armchairs, beds and mattresses will be gratefully received; however, all upholstered furniture must have a fire label attached.
- On sofas and armchairs this reads: “Complies with the furniture and furnishings (fire) (safety) regulations 1988”.
- On mattresses and divan bases there must be a blue framed label sewn in, which refers to BS7177.
We are registered for Gift Aid, which means if you are a taxpayer we can claim 25p back from the Inland Revenue for every £1 that we are able to sell your furniture for.
All collections are at our driver’s discretion.
Items we are unable to accept:
Analogue Television Sets
Electric Bar Fires
Pianos or Keyboards
Any Gas Appliances (i.e. Cookers/Barbeques/Small Hobs)
Vacuum Cleaners over 1600 Watts
Infested Furniture (i.e. Bedbugs/Woodworm)
Weather Damaged Items (i.e. Damp/Waterlogged)
Duvets, Pillows or Blankets (Unless in original boxes or packaging)
