Carol Singers annual fundraising for Stonepillow

Over the Christmas period, a group of friends sang carols as audiences left after performances of ‘Pinocchio’ at the Chichester Festival theatre. This group of fundraising singers have been doing this for many years to raise money for Stonepillow, their chosen charity. The group of singers are made up from several churches in Chichester, as well as those who have no affinity with a place of worship.

The group chose Stonepillow, and said "being homeless can happen to anybody and once in that situation, a homeless person needs a lot of support to ‘break out’ of that scenario. That is where Stonepillow can offer so much help by way of accommodation and staff who can mentor and empower people to make positive changes to their lives."

The group collected an incredible £2,000 this year from the theatre audiences who enjoyed listening to them sing. We are so grateful for their commitment and kindness this year and every year.
