Night Project Worker – Stonepillow Bognor Hostel
Annual Leave: 28days (inclusive of bank holidays)

Stonepillow is pleased to have received support and funding from Arun District Council to provide a Night Shelter in Bognor Regis to support single homeless people in the Arun area.
We are therefore looking for Night Project Workers to be part of an enthusiastic and committed team.
You will work a 14hr shift (from 6pm to 8am) and sleep from 11pm – 6am. During the colder months we will also be offering a Cold Weather provision for direct access clients and during this short period you would need to be prepared to work an awake shift which will be paid at a higher rate.
The roles includes undertaking the general running of our Night Hostels working with service users who include rough sleepers and those with complex issues such as substance misuse and mental health issues. Duties include key-working residents and service users, obtaining and recording required information from clients and reporting this back to the relevant department. Some cleaning, occasional basic cooking and other housekeeping duties will also be required.
It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of the issues facing service users who are in recovery.
